Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Family of four, whose primary bread winner was out of work for over a year, became very late on their house payments. The family home was near foreclosure when the employment situation improved. With the additional income they could again begin making their house payments but did not have the funds to stop the foreclosure. With a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy we were able to, stop the foreclosure process, restructure the arrears, and substantially reduce their obligations.
