TOM A. LOCKHART
Tom A. Lockhart is a managing partner in Adams & Graham, L.L.P. He primarily practices in the areas of:

- Environmental, toxic tort, products liability and municipality defense

Mr. Lockhart's litigation practice focuses upon defense of insurance companies and death and serious personal injury claims arising out of product, vehicle, construction, environmental, civil rights and other types of incidents.
A 1974 graduate of Texas Tech Law School, he joined Adams & Graham, L.L.P. in 1979 after four years of litigation practice with Gibson, Oshner firm in Amarillo, Texas. He is admitted to practice before all the Texas State Courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
