Tracey also has in-depth experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts for various kinds of large commercial, industrial, and mission critical projects across the U.S. She has worked on the buy and supply side of commercial transactions, as well as in the public contracting arena of procurement, counseling clients on responses to public solicitations.
