About Tracey
Tracey M. McLean received her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse UniversityCollege of Law in 1990, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social andBehavioral Sciences from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987.In addition to her focus on Workers' Compensation Law, she handles mattersrelating to the general practice of law including Criminal Defense, ChildCustody and Support, Vehicle and Traffic, DWI, Contracts, Wills and Estates, andReal Estate Transactions. Ms. McLean is admitted to practice in the State of NewYork, and before the United States District Court for the Northern District ofNew York, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. McLean is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association. She was aninstructor for the National Academy of Paralegal Studies, where she taughtAdministrative Law. She is currently a member of the Onondaga County BarAssociation pro bono panel, where she provides legal advice and assistance tovictims of domestic violence. She is also a member of the Syracuse City CourtArbitration Panel, and the New York State Law Guardian Panel.
