I am Trevor Casperson. I graduated law school cum laude from Albany New York. I’ve garnered extensive experience in criminal and domestic law through time at high volume organizations like Open Legal Services and the Salt Lake Legal Defenders. I’ve also worked in for profit law at Schmidt and Gladstone. My time there helped round out my experience by working on complex civil family issues with significant amounts of money at stake. I work hard for my clients, and I am passionate about keeping them in the loop while their matter proceeds. I care about how your case goes and will work until you are satisfied with what happens. I’ve done it with all of my clients in the past. At the very least, I will make sure that you fully understand your options at each step so that you can make informed decisions.
Personally, I am happily married and have two young children who challenge me almost as much as my clients sometimes do. I enjoy running with my dog and writing fiction. I also like to act in community theater.

Should the matter need to be taken to trial, we can discuss an hourly retainer: Misdemeanors C and B, flat fees begin at $699.99 if within Salt Lake County. For Class A Misdemeanors, flat fees begin at $899.99 within Salt Lake County. 3rd Degree Felonies, flat fees begin at $1599.99 within Salt Lake County. 2nd Degree Felonies, flat fees begin at $1999.99.
