Ms. Trinity Hundredmark, Attorney

Ms. Hundredmark focuses her practice in the areas of domestic relations and criminal defense.

Ms. Hundredmark heads up the domestic relations division for Andersen, Tate & Carr, which counsels and advises clients on a variety of divorce and custody related issues, including but not limited to child custody, visitation, child support, equitable division, and alimony. In addition, Ms. Hundredmark serves as a Guardian ad Litem in contested child custody cases, where she represents the best interests of the child. As a Guardian ad Litem, she is appointed by the superior court judge to assist the court and the parties in reaching a decision regarding child custody, visitation and child-related issues.

Ms. Hundredmark's criminal practice includes both state and federal white-collar and general criminal defense, where she has handled cases involving allegations of murder, animal cruelty, fraud, mortgage fraud, theft, drug trafficking and possession, armed robbery, battery, kidnapping, stalking, aggravated assault, burglary, DUI, and minor traffic violations.

Ms. Hundredmark has served as co-counsel in multiple jury and bench trials, including trials for murder, child custody and visitation, and complex, high-asset divorces.

Ms. Hundredmark received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2004, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board (winning team coach: 2004 Intrastate Moot Court Competition; winning team: 2003 Hulsey-Kimbrell, Georgia-Florida Moot Court Competition; best advocate runner-up: 2003 Intrastate Moot Court Competition; winning team: 2003 Intrastate Moot Court Competition; finalist: Richard B. Russell Moot Court Competition). Ms. Hundredmark earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Stetson University in 2001, where she majored in General Business with minors in Information Technology and Business Law. At Stetson, Ms. Hundredmark was awarded the J. Ollie Edmunds Distinguished Scholarship and co-founded the Edmunds Laureate.

Ms. Hundredmark was admitted to the practice of law in the state of Georgia in 2004 and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Gwinnett County Bar Association. Ms. Hundredmark was recently appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to serve as the District 9 chair on the Unauthorized Practice of Law committee for the State Bar and the Georgia Supreme Court, where her job will be to aid in the investigation of individuals alleged to be engaging in the unlicensed practice of law. She is also on the Executive Council for the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division (YLD), where she serves as the Director of Member Services. She also serves as chair of the Women in the Profession committee for the YLD. Ms. Hundredmark is currently at the forefront of organizing and launching hYPe, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals Division. She is on the board of directors for hYPe and serves as the chair of the community involvement task force, for which she was featured on Vision TV and will be a speaker at the Partnership Gwinnett Summit. She is also a former member of the board of directors for the J. M. Tull-Gwinnett Family YMCA. Ms. Hundredmark serves as an attorney coach for the Georgia High School Mock Trial Program and coaches Wesleyan School, the 2009 Gwinnett County Regional Champions.

While in law school, Ms. Hundredmark served as a civil extern for the Honorable William M. Ray, II in the Superior Court Gwinnett County and was a Joseph Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court Pupil.

Ms. Hundredmark is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society, Omicron Delta Kappa leadership honor society, Order of Omega greek leadership honor society, Phi Eta Sigma freshman honor society, and Delta Delta Delta national fraternity.

Ms. Hundredmark grew up in Vero Beach, Florida. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, Joe Fitzpatrick.
