Bradley Weber is the founder and managing attorney of Weber Law Group, PLLC. His practice primarily focuses on business law, commercial litigation, and real estate. He is also experienced in personal injury and estate planning. Mr. Weber is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, and actively litigates before state and federal courts. Mr. Weber has practiced law in Utah since 2008. After graduating from law school, he joined a major law firm in Provo, Utah where he worked in the firm’s commercial and business practice group. He also has experience working for the largest law firm in Utah County and with the offices of general counsel for numerous large enterprises along the Wasatch Front. During law school, Mr. Weber clerked for the Honorable Larry M. Boyle, United States District Court for the District of Idaho in Boise, Idaho. In 2013, Mr. Weber co-founded the law firm, Evanson Weber, PLLC, in Lehi, Utah. Since 2017, the firm was renamed Weber Law Group, PLLC. Mr. Weber graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2008. He served as an Associate Editor and the Director of Relations of the Idaho Law Review. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he studied Russian and Business Management. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Weber is actively involved in his community where he has served on his city’s Planning Commission and he volunteers with the youth organization for his church. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, he and his wife reside in Utah County with their four children.

Damon is licensed in Nevada and Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. Damon provides services in Divorce, Family Law, Probate and Trust Litigation . Damon E. Morris spent his youth in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Provo, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. After serving an LDS mission to Argentina, Damon earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Damon then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Following graduation, Damon practiced law in Las Vegas where he ran his own law practice.

I joined Robert DeBry in November 1997 after working as in house counsel for a nutraceutical company where I was in charge of FDA compliance, patent and trademark procurement, and outside litigation. As the lead attorney for Mass Torts at Robert DeBry & Associates, I have dedicated my career to helping people that have been injured by dangerous drugs and unsafe medical devices. In addition, I represent women that have suffered life altering consequences from failed trans-vaginal mesh products, used to treat stress urinary incontinence (leakage of urine during moments of physical activity, such as coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercise) and Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP). I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 1988 in Political Science and Economics. I completed post-graduate work in Economics before attending law school. I graduated from the University of Idaho, College of Law in 1992 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar that same year. I am an avid equestrian. I own Quarter Horses and am a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and serve as a board member for the Utah Quarter Horse Association. I enjoy trail riding with my daughter and friends and attending horse shows. During the winter I enjoy watching my son compete in men’s gymnastics.

In 1995 Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School. Following his success at Dixie College Justin went to Southern Utah University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.In 2000 Justin received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. His extensive training in area of public speaking has assisted him as he heads the litigation section of the law firm. Justin's litigation experience has been acquired through his representation of clients in front of numerous tribunals, administrative bodies, and courts. Several such forums of note are the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, the New Mexico Supreme Court, Multiple appellate courts, and differing state courts ranging from New Jersey, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Alaska, and California. Additionally, Justin has extensive training in estate planning matters which extends his responsibilities to our firm's estate planning division. Justin also has enjoyed substantial success in Securities litigation and Business formation. His most notable case in this arena was a judgment of over eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) awarded by a securities arbitration panel in favor of our client. At the time this was the largest settlement ever awarded in securities arbitration. Recently, Justin was the lead attorney in the case against Provo city regarding the 911 call where EMS personnel were improperly dispatched. Our clients received a settlement of $220,000.  Justin has assisted in teaching numerous CLE courses in computerized legal research.Justin was born and raised in Utah. He is the proud father of 4 children and has been happily married for over ten years. He enjoys many sports including basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and football. He is an avid off-roader that loves to hunt and fish. Recently he bagged an Alaskan caribou that scored 380+ on the Boone and Crocket scale and also caught a 62 pound Halibut off the coast of Oregon.
