Taylor Percival James is an associate attorney at Weber Law Group, PLLC. Her practice is focused on civil and business litigation. Travis J. Phelps is a Senior Associate at Weber Law Group, PLLC. His practice primarily centers around business and civil litigation. He also works with businesses in transactional matters such as entity formation, trademarks, and commercial agreements. During law school Mr. Phelps worked at a law firm, prosecuted crimes as a senior certified law student, and engaged in business transactions with startup companies as a student-attorney at the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic. Mr. Phelps also found time to volunteer for the IRS-VITA program where he helped low income individuals and families file their tax returns. Mr. Phelps spends much of his leisure time reading, writing, running, golfing, and analyzing financial markets.

Bradley Weber is the founder and managing attorney of Weber Law Group, PLLC. His practice primarily focuses on business law, commercial litigation, and real estate. He is also experienced in personal injury and estate planning. Mr. Weber is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, and actively litigates before state and federal courts. Mr. Weber has practiced law in Utah since 2008. After graduating from law school, he joined a major law firm in Provo, Utah where he worked in the firm’s commercial and business practice group. He also has experience working for the largest law firm in Utah County and with the offices of general counsel for numerous large enterprises along the Wasatch Front. During law school, Mr. Weber clerked for the Honorable Larry M. Boyle, United States District Court for the District of Idaho in Boise, Idaho. In 2013, Mr. Weber co-founded the law firm, Evanson Weber, PLLC, in Lehi, Utah. Since 2017, the firm was renamed Weber Law Group, PLLC. Mr. Weber graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2008. He served as an Associate Editor and the Director of Relations of the Idaho Law Review. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he studied Russian and Business Management. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Weber is actively involved in his community where he has served on his city’s Planning Commission and he volunteers with the youth organization for his church. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, he and his wife reside in Utah County with their four children.

Damon is licensed in Nevada and Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. Damon provides services in Divorce, Family Law, Probate and Trust Litigation . Damon E. Morris spent his youth in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Provo, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. After serving an LDS mission to Argentina, Damon earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Damon then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Following graduation, Damon practiced law in Las Vegas where he ran his own law practice.

I own Quarter Horses and am a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and serve as a board member for the Utah Quarter Horse Association. I enjoy trail riding with my daughter and friends and attending horse shows. During the winter I enjoy watching my son compete in men’s gymnastics.

Prior to becoming a family law attorney, Attorney James H. Woodall earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering and worked for several years in the offshore oil industry. Looking for a more competitive work environment, Mr. Woodall attended law school at the University of Utah. He graduated second in his class. Mr. Woodall was Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1988 and clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has practiced law in Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming. Mr. Woodall limits his practice to family law, from uncontested divorces to highly complicated matters involving issues such as child custody, alimony, and child support. Mr. Woodall’s over 30 years of experience make him a formidable attorney in the courtroom and a knowledgeable advocate. He has substantial experience in complex divorce matters including high-asset and high-income cases. His attention to detail is paralleled by few. Mr. Woodall enjoys working – he works holidays and weekends. On Fridays, he is known to quip, “just two more workdays until Monday.” Mr. Woodall retired from the Utah National Guard at the rank of Colonel after 22 years of service.
