Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Tyler carries the tradition of law in the Young family into the next generation – and very successfully. After finishing his baseball career at Utah Valley State College (now U.V.U.) in 2000, graduating from University of Utah in 2002, Tyler moved on to study law at Oklahoma City University. James E. Harward attended Brigham Young University and received a B. A. degree in English. His legal education and training came at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Harward has over 30 years of legal experience in private practice, corporate counsel, and government positions including the Director of Legal Affairs to the Industrial Commission (now the Labor Commission) and Administrative Law Judge for the Utah State Tax Commission. Chris is a Utah-licensed attorney who works exclusively in personal injury, auto accident, and general negligence matters.
