Volunteered (thirty years) as a Small Claims court judge, awarded the 1991 Humanitarian Award by the Sacramento County Bar Association, and was a professor of law at Sacramento State University and Los Rios Community College District, teaching many law courses for approximately (ten years). Victor is admitted to the California SupremeCourt, the New York State Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court as a licensed lawyer.
