About Victoria
Victoria P. Martin is a licensed attorney practicing law in the State of California (CA Bar #277116). She graduated from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law. Victoria is committed to upholding ArchAngel’s mission with integrity and sincerity.
Growing up in a family-owned financial planning business, Victoria was raised with a conservative philosophy and firsthand knowledge of the challenges families face in regard to planning and passing assets from one generation to the next. Victoria feels honored by the opportunity to offer help and advice to families in the face of these challenges; working to help families design and coordinate their financial plans, estate plans, and business succession plans in a manner that upholds ArchAngel’s mission of caring for our clients financial security and peace of mind with integrity and sincerity.
Victoria is a licensed attorney and member of the State Bar of California. She is the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce, a “Trusted Professional Business Advisor” through St. Joseph Health, St. Mary, Vice President of the High Desert Community Foundation, owner of ArchAngel Estate Planning and Trust Services, and co-owner of ArchAngel Financial Services, Inc., which has proudly served the High Desert communities for more than 20 years. Victoria resides in Apple Valley, CA with her husband and partner Chris Martin and their four children aged 12 through 17. Victoria loves spending time with her children, being a “foodie,” and traveling with family and friends.

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Earlier this year we met with a client who, sadly, had cancer. She had a home and several bank and investment accounts and the children caring for her had no way to access them. In a few short weeks we were able to help so that her children could help her pay bills, access accounts, and speak with her doctors about her care. We also made sure that when she passes away, her family will not have to go through the painful court probate process. Best of all, she has peace of mind in knowing that her wishes will be followed and her family taken care of.
How did you build a successful practice?
Our firm is built on truly caring for our clients security and peace of mind. We're honored that our practice has been primarily based on referrals, and promise to go above and beyond for each client.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should seek an attorney they feel comfortable with. They should find someone that they have peace of mind in knowing will assist their family when the time comes. They should look for someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I love travel, Italian food, and my four amazing children.
