Bo Bruner is a member in the firm and has been lead and/or co-counsel in numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, some in excess of ten million dollars. He has successfully handled cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, defective/dangerous products, eighteen-wheeler accidents, dangerous roadsides, industrial accidents, pharmaceutical injuries, consumer fraud and environmental contamination. Mr. Bruner is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. Requirements for board certification include, documentation of significant trial experience, peer review by lawyers and judges and the successful completion of an extensive written examination. Mr. Bruner is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale Hubble. This is the highest rating available and indicates “that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.” In 2012 Mr. Bruner was selected by the National Trial Lawyers for membership in the “Top 40 under 40.” Membership in this group is limited to the top 40 trial lawyers under the age of 40 in the state of Alabama who “exemplify superior qualifications, trial results and leadership.” Alabama Super Lawyers Magazine selected Mr. Bruner as a Rising Star in the field of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law in both 2011 and 2012.
