Joe has been practicing injury law for over 31 years in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. He is admitted to practice law in both Virginia and North Carolina. He has also successfully represented injured victims on a ‘pro hac vice’ basis in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, and Florida. Joe earned his B.A. at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, in 1984. He is a graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at William & Mary, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987. Joe was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., but he has spent most of his life in the Hampton Roads area, having grown up in the Churchland area of Portsmouth and the Western Branch area of Chesapeake. Kellie Budd received her law degree from George Mason University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. Kellie represents individual and business clients on a wide variety of matters including employment issues, entity formation, contract drafting,and litigating business disputes in state and federal courts. Kellie is licensed to practice in Virginia and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Robert ("Bob") Adams has spent the entirety of his legal career exclusively representing injured people in medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and other personal injury claims. Steve Halfhill concentrates in business, security, commodity and regulatory law, as well as domestic relations, traffic/criminal matters and general litigation. After receiving his J.D. Degree from West Virginia University in 1974, Mr. Halfhill entered the United States Army where he served as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Upon completion of his military service, Mr. Halfhill became an Assistant Director in the Commodity Future Trading Commission’s Division of Enforcement and later was Special Counsel to the Director of the Commodity Future Trading Commission’s Division of Trading & Markets. He has been in private practice since 1981, and is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia, Virginia, and West Virginia. Mr. Montgomery has over 15 years of trial litigation experience in criminal law, personal injury law (car accidents and medical malpractice) and employment law. Mr. Montgomery is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as he has obtained million dollar verdicts for several clients.

Corey Pollard is the managing partner of Jenkins Block & Associates‘ Richmond office and heads the Virginia Workers’ Compensation department of the firm. Mr. Pollard focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered injuries at work or through the fault of others, including car accident, motorcycle wreck, construction accident, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Mr. Pollard grew up in a construction family. Prior to joining Jenkins Block & Associates, Mr. Pollard worked as an insurance defense attorney where he gained valuable experience and training while representing many of the nation’s largest employers and insurance carriers. Now he uses that experience to represent individuals who sustained personal injuries and disability and to fight back against insurance companies and their tactics. Mr. Pollard’s wife, Leigh, is a Human Resources Manager who provides “real world” advice and insight on employment and labor law matters. The Pollards have two children, Knox and Rivers, who keep them busy and running around, and a 5-pound dog named Simba. They are members of Bon Air Baptist Church. In his spare time, Mr. Pollard enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and playing pickup basketball and golf. When he is in the mood for punishment, he roots for his favorite football team, the Washington Redskins.
