Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I handled a Mineral Law case where the predecessors to my clients has sold a tract of land containing more than 300 acres and reserved the Minerals. After Mineral production had begun, the buyer took the position that they owned the Minerals after 10 years from the date of the sale. We went through the Court of Appeals and retained the Minerals for the family, which has resulted in good production Royalties for them over the last several years.
