Drew Ben Hudgins, Esquire, has successfully represented injured people throughout Florida since 1982. Mr. Hudgins was born and grew up in Tampa, Florida, where he attended Gorrie Elementary, Wilson Junior High School and Jesuit High School. In 1978, he received his B.A. from Auburn University, and went on to attain his J.D. from Walter F. George School of Law Mercer University in 1981. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Colorado. In 1971, the Boy Scouts of America certified Mr. Hudgins as an Eagle Scout and he served as a Cub Master of Cub Pack 22 from 2008 to 2010 in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Hudgins served as Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 22 Tampa Florida from 2012-2018. In 1986, the Florida Trial Lawyers Association (currently known as the Florida Justice Association) accepted Mr. Hudgins into the President’s Club. He was also honored to receive his Certificate of Achievement from the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute in 2002. The American Trial Lawyers Association (currently known as American Justice Association) has designated Mr. Hudgins an Advocate and Fellow in the National College of Advocacy. The Hudgins Law Firm has been located in beautiful downtown Zephyrhills, Florida, since 1985.

I have successfully handled cases throughout Central Florida, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties and I know both sides of the conflict. After graduating from law school with honors from Mercer University in 1993, my first job was with a firm that handled lawsuits on behalf of insurers. I was mentored in and taught the strategies and tactics of the defense. As I gained that experience, I came to realize that I was on the wrong side of the struggle. I made the most rewarding move of my career when I joined the Plaintiff’s bar and began helping victims in their fight to recover from their losses. While I have never looked back, I believe that the knowledge I gained representing my now adversary, gives me valuable insight and perspective in overcoming the obstacles and roadblocks the insurance lawyers raise. Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Mr. Marks is the proud father of two boys and a girl. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.
