Wesley W. Metheney is a native West Virginian, born, raised and educated in Morgantown, West Virginia, home of West Virginia University. Mr. Metheney has been a well recognized and experienced trial lawyer for more than twenty (20) years and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Metheney represents family members who have been injured or who have lost loved ones due to motor vehicle accidents, workplace incidents, defective products, or medical malpractice. He actively prosecutes cases against insurance companies and large corporations.
Mr. Metheney is also an experienced trial lawyer in family and criminal law, and aggressively represents family members in crisis.
