About William
Bill graduated number 2 overall in his class from Millersville University in 1984. In 1988, he graduated in the top 10% of his class from Temple University School of Law. While at Millersville University and Temple University School of Law, Bill earned numerous academic and athletic awards.
Bill has done trial work for more than 20 years. For 12 of those years, he represented insurance companies and their insureds. The insight he gained representing insurance companies and their insureds allows him to effectively represent accident victims in serious injury and death cases.
Bill has earned a reputation with insurance companies, other attorneys and judges as being a thorough, knowledgeable and effective advocate for his clients.
Bill's experience and training has made him well qualified as an arbitrator/mediator. A significant part of his practice involves alternative dispute resolution for other attorneys and insurance companies. He is a member of the Joint Lancaster Mediation Center and Lancaster Bar Association on Mediation in Lancaster County. Bill is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and Lancaster Bar Associations' Alternative Dispute Resolution Committees. He serves as the Chairman of the Lancaster Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
Bill is married and has 2 children. He is involved in a number of community activities. He is the Vice-Chairman of the West Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board. Bill was a founding member of Friends of the West Lampeter Township Police Department, and is a member of Lancaster Rotary South. Bill and his wife are also actively involved with Millersville University's Alumni Association.
