William Cotterall focuses his practice on personal injury cases stemming from accidents of all kinds, such as auto, aviation, premises liability, defective products, and wrongful death as well as consumer protection. He received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, May 2002.
Mr. Cotterall is an experienced trial attorney who has tried cases in both state and federal courts. He has worked with clients on all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit through trial and appeal. In the past, he has worked for some of the most prominent and respected law firms in Florida, including Krupnick Campbell and Tripp Scott, PA. His primary areas of practice have consisted of personal injury, complex commercial litigation, products liability and aviation law. He is an experienced trial attorney and serves as lead counsel as well as co-counsel for trials, mediation and settlement negotiations.
