Questions & Answers

How did you build a successful practice?

We built our practice through careful and critical evaluation of cases referred to us to ensure that we only pursued matters that had a meritorious claim or defense that needed to be decided by a judge or jury. We also provide individualized service to our clients and remain readily accessible throughout our representation, be it of individuals or companies. Nearly all of our most significant cases were referred to us by other lawyers, former clients and even, on several occasions, by adversaries in earlier litigation. Our reputation is built on hard work, careful attention to the client and by our upholding ethical and moral standards critical to the legal profession.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

We have handled cases in federal courts in California, New York, Ohio and handled arbitration in Georgia, Washington D.C. and other jurisdictions.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

Our attention to detail, experience with an extremely broad range of litigation matters, years of success, our work ethic, our track record in complex litigation and our reputation among other lawyers and business people and being able to resolve a difficult situation for the client, allowing the client to move on and out of the legal system.
