William J. Ward
Mr. Ward's practice has been focused mainly on condemnation of property by Eminent Domain. As Deputy Attorney General, New Jersey Department of Transportation from 1971 to 1974, he was assigned to the acquisition of rights-of-way for state highways and gave administrative advice to the Division of Construction and Maintenance. From 1974 to 1982, he was General Counsel and Secretary to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, where he handled all the condemnation litigation for the acquisition of the 715 acres that comprise the Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. He is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and the Hudson County Bar Association.
