Over the past 20 years, I have handled multimillion dollar accident cases and represented thousands of other people in need. However, my work as a Social Security Disability lawyer gives me the greatest joy. I have handled thousands of disabled claimants receive Social Security Disability benefits and believe it is my calling.
How did you build a successful practice?I built a successful law practice by winning cases for my clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?A client should always have a lawyer that is available to speak to the client whenever necessary. Always have a lawyer that will personally answer your phone calls.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Knowing the procedure for a Social Security Disability case is critical to success. Make certain that your lawyer is knowledgeable in the field of Social Security Disability.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?I can answer all necessary questions about the Social Security Disability Process in a phone conversation and develop a case-map to help the client become successful.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?My office will speak with the potential client to obtain all necessary information before the phone call with the attorney.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I am different than almost all other Social Security Disability lawyers because I am always available to speak to my clients. I will always return a telephone call.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding aspect of being a Social Security Disability Lawyer is winning cases for my clients.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I enjoy kayaking and fishing on weekends in addition to working on my ranch and being with my family!
Are you involved in your community?I am actively involved in providing outreach to homeless shelters and to others in need of Social Security Disability benefits.
