Practice Area: Immigration (Consular Processing) Date: August 16, 2017 Outcome: Approved Description: Client need to get husband to the U.S. quickly. From beginning to end, we were able to get him here in 6 months. Practice Area: Immigration (I-212 Permission to Reapply for Admission) Date: July 28, 2017 Outcome: Approved Description: Client entered U.S. illegally and applied for asylum which was denied. Married a U.S. citizen and applied for a green card. Waiver of deportation was required. Case was approved in less than 1 month. Practice Area: Immigration (DACA approval after client was previously denied) Date: July 05, 2017 Outcome: Approved Description: Client applied for DACA but was denied. We were able to apply for her and get an approval. Practice Area: Immigration (Admission to U.S. after overstaying) Date: July 03, 2017 Outcome: Admission granted Description: Client is noncontrolled Canadian that frequently visits U.S. She overstayed her visitor's status; however, we were able to convince CBP to grant her admission and 6 month I-94. Practice Area: Immigration (Marriage Adjustment) Date: April 26, 2017 Outcome: Approved Description: Marriage adjustment of status case was approved in less than 5 months. Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Client entered U.S. seeking asylum. They fought their case since December 2000 with no luck. After retaining me in 2017, I was able to resolve the case in 2 months.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

The most important factors that clients should seek in a lawyer are someone who is trustworthy and competent.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Immigration is federal in nature. However, having familiarity with the local field office is helpful when dealing with certain issues.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

A phone consultation is primarily for the attorney to get some general information from a prospective client. The attorney can then begin to consider and analyze potential solutions and strategies.

Name, phone number, email, and what the client is looking to do.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

What makes me different is my sincerity, determination, and my eagerness to win.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I enjoy being around my family and friends. I love sports and being outdoors.
