My practice is centered in the areas of family law that includes appeallant cases. We also handle general civil litigation cases, including difficult cases like whistleblower employment cases. The central theme of my practice is helping individuals and business through life changing events. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a paralegal for twelve years with heavy client contact and extensive experience in civil litigation. My practice couples my education and experience with technological advances to deliver quality legal services to my clients. We are a smaller firm so we are able to keep client costs down.

John E. Morrison, Jr. was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated Georgia State University in 2003 with magna cum laude honors. He obtained his law degree with Honors in Litigation from Georgia State University. Upon graduation, Mr. Morrison practiced liability and workers’ compensation law for one of the largest claimant law firms in East Georgia. He has never worked for an insurance company or a defense law firm, and he never will. He enjoys helping injured parties receive the benefits to which they are entitled. Mr. Morrison is fluent in Spanish.
