Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I regularly sue companies who place false and derogatory information on consumers' credit reports. I have represented several consumers against mortgage companies in wrongful foreclosure cases and saved their homes. In addition, I regularly and successfully sue debt collectors on behalf of consumers. I have taken crooked car dealers to Court and obtained great results for my clients. Finally, I also make it affordable for consumers being sued by credit card companies and debt buyers to have the best possible representation in Court.
How did you build a successful practice?
I built this practice by being good at what I do.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Consumers should look for a lawyer who knows what he or she is doing and has a good reputation.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Knowing your Judge, counsel for the other side, and the way each court house functions is extremely important to the success of any court case.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
When clients call my office, they first provide basic information to my assistant. Once that is done, I review the information and discuss whether or not my firm can be of service and make a positive impact on the caller's situation.

Contact information, basic facts, and usually a few details in order to figure out whether we can be of service.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I only represent individuals. I do not believe that corporations are people. My firm is one of the only ones in Michigan still taking used car cases. I specialize in going after cheats, charlatans, and crooks.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Obtaining a great results for my clients.
