About Adam
Adam Waldoch is an up-and-coming attorney with Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz, P.A. who has represented hundreds of clients in obtaining financial recovery for their personal injuries. Adam grew up working on his family farm near Cushing, Minnesota.
His prior experience working for the insurance industry gives him insight into how insurance companies operate which is invaluable to obtaining large recoveries for his clients against them.
From small to complex, whether by settlement or judgment, Adam has obtained hundreds of thousands of dollars for victims in all types of personal injury claims including:
Adam has seen the detriment a personal injury claim can bring to an individual and their family. In the past he worked for insurance companies and their clients defending these claims. He now uses this knowledge and experience to bring strong, thoughtful, and thorough claims on behalf of the injured to get them the compensation they deserve.
Adam also devotes a portion of his practice to estate planning and handling workers' compensation claims.
When Adam is not practicing law, his time is spent with his wife Angela and son Noah. They enjoy frequent trips to visit family in the Brainerd Lakes Area where Adam grew up. He and his family particularly enjoy the outdoors - camping, hiking, fishing, ATV and snowmobile riding - and sports, especially softball and baseball.
