Taylor Anthony joined the Parker Layrisson Law Firm team in 2025. A native and resident of Ponchatoula, Taylor Anthony is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from the Southern University School of Law. He brings a tremendous amount of legal experience and courtroom success, highlighted by his more than 60 jury trial victories. Taylor began his legal career in the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office where he rose to the rank of Major Offense Trial Prosecutor and Felony Trial Supervisor. In 2018, Taylor joined Twenty-First Judicial District Attorney Scott Perrilloux as a felony trial attorney. He manages a continuous caseload of over one hundred felony cases while providing legal expertise to local, state, and federal members of law enforcement. Taylor has been featured on CBS “48 Hours” for his successful prosecution of a 35-year-old cold case homicide. The episode has been viewed worldwide by millions of viewers. He has been professionally recognized by the Victims and Citizens Against Crime, Inc. with the Outstanding Prosecutor Award; the New Orleans Metropolitan Crime Commission with the Excellence in Law Enforcement Award; and the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation Award. Bill Hidalgo is a 1990 graduate of Louisiana State University Law School and has over 25 years of legal expertise. A resident of Covington, Louisiana, he serves the Greater New Orleans area and specializes in DWI/DUI defense, personal injury, insurance, business litigation, family and criminal law. A leader in Louisiana law, he authored, “Relation Back of Consortium Claims: A Search for Facts and Notice,” which appeared in the Louisiana Law Review 1089 in 1989.

Christopher Robles has been practicing law since 2015. Chris works in every aspect of residential and commercial real estate from examining title and handling title curative problems to preparing and issuing title policies and coordinating closings. Chris has also had the opportunity to gain experience in a diverse array of practice areas including real estate, consumer finance, wills and estates, contracts, personal injury, and other various civil matters. When it comes to real estate, Chris has seen first-hand the myriad of issues that can affect title to property and has been a part of the solution to those problems. He has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions including sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, construction loans, investment properties, donations, quitclaims, etc. Chris attended Louisiana State University, the University of New Orleans, and Southern University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.). He is also a licensed Louisiana Title Insurance Producer. Outside of the office, Chris is using his artistic abilities in photography and film to create art. He is also a die-hard Saints fan and lives in Metairie, Louisiana with his wife, Melissa, and his two sons, Nolan and Grayson.

Since his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 1988, J. Douglas Sunseri has practiced in diverse areas of the law. From 1990-1994, J. Douglas Sunseri worked under Attorney J. William Becknell, the legal counsel for Mr. John Mecom, Jr. and his affiliated companies. Mr. Mecom was the initial owner of the New Orleans Saints and had numerous holdings in oil & gas, hotels, real estate, professional sports and related businesses. As a result, Mr. Sunseri was fully educated in broad areas of law and business. Mr. Sunseri has participated in litigation involving employees, insureds, employers, insurers, and self-insured funds for property/casualty, employers' liability, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and worker's compensation claims. Other areas of practice consist of personal injury, insurance coverage, flood claims, hazard claims, wind-driven rain claims, business interruption, errors and omissions liability for insurance agents/insurance companies. Mr. Sunseri's practice also encompasses commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, corporate agreements, employment contracts, licensing for intellectual property, leases, real estate, estate planning, wills, trusts and successions. Since Hurricane Katrina, Mr. Sunseri has specialized in a broad range of insurance issues including disaster litigation, insurance coverage, and business interruption. Also, Mr. Sunseri has concentrated in construction law, federal / state contracts, government contracting, licensing and information technology (IT). Mr. Sunseri's litigation experience includes jury trials in state and federal court. Mr. Sunseri also practices before worker's compensation judges with the Louisiana Department of Labor, administrative law judges and Special Masters assigned by the National Football League. He has directed litigation to the United States Supreme Court in connection with the National Football League and the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA). Mr. Sunseri has conducted numerous seminars on topics involving Hurricane Katrina, government contracting, land contracting, construction, employment issues, worker's compensation and estate planning. Also, Mr. Sunseri serves as legal counsel for the Gulf Coast Government Contractors Association (GCGCA), a trade association for securing government contracts in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. Recently, Mr. Sunseri was named as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana by Louisiana Attorney James "Buddy" Caldwell.

Eugene Redmann is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. After attending Jesuit High School for two years, Gene graduated from O. Perry Walker High School in 1976. Gene worked in private business and then received a degree in accounting from Loyola University in 1988. He entered Loyola University School of Law in 1988 and graduated in 1991. Gene began clerking at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans as a junior in law school in 1990 for the Honorable Gerald P. Fedoroff and continued there until 1992. Gene then went in to private practice, where he continues today. Gene comes from a distinguished line of lawyers. His father, the Honorable William V. Redmann, was a Court of Appeal Judge in New Orleans from 1967 until 1987 when he retired as Chief Judge due to health reasons. Two of Gene’s eight siblings are lawyers. More than 40 of Gene’s extended family are lawyers in the New Orleans area. Gene has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has a wide practice, including personal injury, criminal and DWI cases and many traffic offense cases. Additionally, Gene handles divorce and family cases, civil matters and expungement of criminal records.
