How We Handle Our Cases

When you first call our office, or submit an online case submission, you will be communicating with a person responsible for Intake of new cases. This person will initially speak to you over the phone to get the basic information about your case. Generally, these conversations last between about 20 minutes.

If we accept your case after that initial contact, the next step is to make an appointment for an Intake Interview. We work around your schedule, and have several offices at which we can meet. We can also work around your work and travel schedule, including meeting you at home, work, or the facility where you or your loved one is hospitalized or undergoing care.

After this step is complete, your case will be transferred to the appropriate legal department. For instance, if you have been involved in a car accident, your case will be sent to an attorney in our firm who handles car accident cases. If you have an insurance claim that has been handled in bad faith, your claim will be referred to an attorney in our firm who handles bad faith insurance cases. Once your case reaches the proper department, you will be assigned to an attorney in that department, and that attorney, or their paralegal will make an initial contact with you. Most cases are referred and set up by the appropriate person within just a few days of the Intake Interview.

From that point forward, you will have contact with the paralegal and attorney in the appropriate department where your case is assigned.

From that initial interaction, the Anastopoulo Law Firm offers the personal attention of a small firm, and the dynamic litigation services of a large firm, should your case require suit be filed. That allows us to assure you obtain the justice you deserve.
