Alan E. Krinzman is a partner in the Miami office, and a member of the Real Estate, Corporate & Finance, and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, development and improvement, leasing, dispositions, zoning and entitlements, and land use planning.

During his 35 years of real estate-related law practice, Mr. Krinzman has assisted clients plan and negotiate construction budgets and other complex project documents; interact with architects and contractors; and navigate the intricacies of governmental approval and permitting processes.

Mr. Krinzman has also developed skill sets in banking and private finance transactions, work-outs, bankruptcy and insolvency, creditor and debtor rights, and foreclosure litigation inclusive of foreclosure prosecution and foreclosure defense.

Based upon this accreditation from of the U.S. Green Building Council, Mr. Krinzman is qualified to assist building owners and managers with the LEED certification process and building ratings system. In addition, Mr. Krinzman generally assists clients with their green building initiatives by helping them plan and implement their green building strategy. He also helps clients identify available green building economic incentives, leasing potential, construction and other contracting issues; assist with financing, insurance, and acquisition matters; and manage legal and building risk.
