About Albert

Albert A. Zager, Esq. has been practicing law since 1974. His practice concentrates in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, leasing, land use and zoning, and business matters. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Economics, University of Pennsylvania in 1970 and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 1973. In that year he was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. He was also admitted to the U.S. Court of Military Appeals in 1977. Mr. Zager served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy (Reserve) as a member of its Judge Advocate General Corps from 1974 to 1977. He joined Zager, Fuchs, Ambrose & Krantz, P.C. in January 2005. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association. He is President of the Board of Directors of the Center for Holocaust Studies at Brookdale Community College, and a founding Director of the EMACC Educational Foundation, Inc.
