About Alex
Alex Capozzi is a trial lawyer at Brach Eichler. He received his Bachelors Degree from the Penn State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law.
Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Alex acquired significant knowledge and experience while working for some of the most successful and highly respected trial attorneys in the country. He has personally handled hundred of cases involving personal injuries and has assisted in obtaining numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements as compensation for victims of catastrophic injuries.
Alex has also been recognized as perhaps the youngest attorney in the history of New Jersey to obtain a multi-million dollar jury verdict at trial.
Outside of the office, Mr. Capozzi is heavily involved with "THON," a children's cancer research philanthropy. He has spent countless days traveling throughout the region raising money for children's cancer research and raising money to improve the lives of families that have been burdened with the extremely high costs of cancer treatment for their children.
Mr. Capozzi is licensed to practice law before the courts of New Jersey and New York. He is a member of several organizations including: [AAJ] the American Association of Justice; [NJAJ] the New Jersey Assocation for Justice; [NJSBA] the New Jersey State Bar Association; [ATLA] the American Trial Lawyers Association; and [HCBA] the Hudson County Bar Association.
