About Ali
Ali has lived in the Hampton Roads area her entire life with the exception of her years in Charlottesville and Florida. During her last year in law school, she participated in a clinic with the United States Attorney's Office in Norfolk, Virginia. After passing the bar exam, she began work as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Portsmouth. There she prosecuted cases in Juvenile and Domestic Relations, General District and Circuit Courts. She prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies including participation in murder trials. After nearly five years, she was ready to begin working with her father who has been practicing law in Hampton Roads for over thirty years. They both enjoy working together and working to help the Hampton Roads community.
