Stephen R. Miller leads Pond Lehocky Giordano’s Pittsburgh office. Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000, Mr. Miller has dedicated his practice to workers’ compensation law and has litigated countless cases throughout central and western Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller spent the first 15 years of his legal career as a workers’ compensation defense litigator, representing employers and insurance companies at a large regional firm where he quickly advanced to partner. These many years of defense practice and corporate consultation provided Mr. Miller with extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and how the insurance industry manages claims. In 2016, Mr. Miller concluded that he wanted to advocate for injured workers and left his long-time position to open Pond Lehocky’s Pittsburgh office. Since then, he has exclusively represented claimants. Mr. Miller speaks regularly on workers’ compensation issues. Attorney Christopher Miller was born in Hollywood, Florida, in 1971. Shortly thereafter, his family moved to Beaver, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Beaver Area High School in 1989. He earned his BA from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993, and subsequently a J.D. in 1996 from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. While attending law school, he served as the President of the Student Bar Association and was the recipient of the Dean Arthur Weeks Outstanding Service Award. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Miller initially worked for a civil defense firm, DeFalice & Douglas, P.C., for the first three years of his career. This experience helped him to gain valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate cases. Thereafter, the next nine years of his career were spent working for Edgar Snyder & Associates, LLC, where he focused his practice on representing injured victims. Mr. Miller most recently worked for Berger and Green, P.C., for two years, where he also represented people injured in accidents. In December 2011, Mr. Miller joined forces with attorney Brian DelVecchio, forming the law firm of DelVecchio & Miller, LLC. Their main objective is to advocate for victims’ rights, focusing exclusively on personal injury cases. Mr. Miller has focused his practice on representing clients who have been seriously injured as a result of others’ carelessness and negligence. In addition to handling cases in most counties throughout western Pennsylvania, he has also argued appellate cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on behalf of injured clients. Mr. Miller has also been named to Super Lawyers for 2013 through 2019. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys in each state. Mr. Miller is active within the community, serving as the former chairman for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association’s annual 5K race, which benefits the Pittsburgh Steelwheelers, who are a local, nonprofit organization comprised of wheelchair athletes. He has been involved with Presents for Patients high school, as well as judging high school and law school moot court competitions.

Gary Ogg is a partner at Ogg, Murphy & Perkosky, P.C. Gary has devoted his career to representing individuals and families, who have been the victims of negligence, obtain the justice and compensation they deserve. Gary currently resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He is a member of many community organizations and charitable activities in the South Hills and Pittsburgh areas.

Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and the Law at the Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. George is also a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on medical malpractice and general civil litigation matters.

Mike’s legal practice focuses solely on representing injured workers who have either been denied workers’ compensation benefits, are being forced to return to work while not physically able, or are receiving documents from their employer/insurance carrier, threatening to stop workers’ compensation benefits. Mike attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude. He was a four-year letter winner on the University’s baseball team, being named a team captain during his senior season. Mike then joined Matt and Tim at Duquesne University school of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence For the Future Award in legal research and writing. Following graduation from Duquesne Law, Mike joined a law firm in downtown Pittsburgh, representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. Peter J. Pietrandrea obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Allegheny College in 1980 and a Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University in 1984. Since 1984, his practice has concentrated in personal injury and wrongful death. Since 1989, his practice has been located in Cranberry Township where is has successfully represented thousands of clients. He has served on a number of charitable and civic boards and has remained an active member of the community.
