About Allison
Allison Sullivan graduated with honors from Furman University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005. Allison is a partner at Bluestein Attorneys and practices in the areas of general tort litigation and workers' compensation.
Allison is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice, Injured Workers' Advocates, the South Carolina Women Lawyers’ Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Richland County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice. Allison is an active volunteer with the South Carolina Bar and Special Olympics South Carolina. She is presently serving on the Injured Workers' Advocates Executive Committee. She is a graduate of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2013 and has served as chair of the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association. She was recognized as the 2014 SC Bar Young Lawyers Division Lawyer of the Year and is a recipient of the 2014 "Leadership in Law" award by SC Lawyers Weekly.
Allison has been a featured speaker at seminars for the South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Association for Justice, South Carolina Employment Security Commission, American Bar Association and the National Business Institute. She is also a contributing author to The Law of Workers' Compensation Insurance in South Carolina (7th Edition), Law School for Non-Lawyers and The Briefcase Lawyer: Essential Information for Every Practitioner, all publications of the South Carolina Bar.
Allison is from Florence, South Carolina and enjoys traveling, shopping, reading, and playing golf and tennis.
