About Amy
Amy Kusol focuses her litigation practice on the defense of product liability and motor vehicle warranty cases for clients such as Nissan and Ford.
While in law school, Amy was the Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology, and served as the Treasurer of the Democratic Law Students Association. She participated in Moot Court as well as legal clinics. As a member of the Environmental Law Clinic, Amy flew to the Gulf Coast after it was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. She provided legal services to citizens of Pascagoula, Mississippi and their local Sierra Club. Amy represented them at a public hearing before the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality on a matter involving state and federal Clean Air Act regulations that govern a permit proposed by the Chevron Corporation. Under the supervision of her professors, Amy also has experience in drafting environmental ordinances for the City of Santa Monica.
