Rusty Levin is a partner at LNN, where he heads the workers’ compensation department. Since graduating from Loyola Law School with Honors, Mr. Levin has worked solely in the field of workers’ compensation, exclusively on the side of the injured worker. Mr. Levin’s passion for helping injured workers has led him to be a co-founder of LNN, where he is able to blend his compassion for injured workers and knowledge of the law to bring about swift and superb results for his clients. Mr. Levin has devoted his entire legal career to aggressively litigating workers’ compensation cases on behalf of injured workers, having litigated hundreds of workers’ compensation cases for his clients before workers’ compensation appeals boards throughout California. Mr. Levin’s experience makes him well-equipped to handle the complexities of workers’ compensation law from both a legal and practical perspective. As a result, Mr. Levin has been able to maximize financial settlements for his clients while also providing them with access to the medical treatment necessary to cure and relieve the effects of their industrial injuries. As a result of his aggressive hands-on approach, Mr. Levin has been able to recover millions of dollars for his clients.

Harry Nalbandyan is a founding partner and experienced trial lawyer at LNN. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to protecting the rights of injury victims across California, recovering millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements. His clients know him as a compassionate, approachable advocate who fights tirelessly on their behalf, while judges and juries respect his straightforward communication and trial-tested strategies. A California native, Harry earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC San Diego before completing his law degree at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. His academic background, combined with years of hands-on courtroom experience, enables him to connect with clients from all walks of life and guide them through the legal system with clarity and confidence. Harry is passionate about giving every case individualized attention, no matter the size or complexity. Each case presents different challenges by way of liability, expertise, and various biases that people will have toward the case. No two cases are alike, and his approach to each is custom tailored. He knows what it takes to get giant verdicts for our clients because he has personally achieved those results for them. During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. His expertise includes litigation of employment, general liability, class action, construction, products, and general business litigation matters – from start through trial, and appeal. Further, he has prepared volumes of employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures and agreements, and general business contracts aimed to fully protect his clients and, when applicable, transfer risk to the appropriate parties. This allows Raymond to offer a unique perspective to his clients and create strategies for any scenario.

A native of New York, NY, Robert Kitson obtained his law degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law in 1995. He was an Editor on the Buffalo Law Review. Mr. Kitson has tried over forty jury trials in both New York and California. After leaving New York, Mr. Kitson was a founding party of Litt, Estuar & Kitson, LLP, a civil rights firm in downtown Los Angeles, CA. In 2013, Mr. Kitson accepted Mr. Myers’ invitation to join the firm to serve the role as lead trial counsel on various cases and to serve as Chair of Complex Litigation at The Myers Law Group, A.P.C. Since joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Kitson has continued his great success as a trial attorney obtaining multiple plaintiff jury verdicts. Mr. Kitson’s success on behalf of clients at both The Myers Law Group, APC., as well as at his previous firm includes: Obtaining a $3.3 million judgment on behalf of a Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Captain who was retaliated against after he reported discrimination and harassment by higher-ups in the fire department (Lewis S. Bressler v. City of Los Angeles) Spending seven months as co-counsel with Barrett S. Litt in McClure v. City of Long Beach, resulting in a $22.5 million verdict Obtaining a $1.1 million dollar judgment on behalf of a family subjected to living in substandard housing conditions (Ramirez v. Estrada) Tennie Pierce v. County of Los Angeles — $1.49 million settlement on behalf of African-American firefighter subjected to discrimination and retaliation Confidential — $1.2 million settlement of a case in which the Plaintiff was raped by an on-duty police officer after a DUI stop Confidential — $950,000 settlement of an unpaid overtime/missed meal and rest breaks class action. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Kitson has briefed and argued cases before both the California Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In recognition of Mr. Kitson’s tenacious representation he was named by his peers as a Super Lawyer for the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016.

My mission objective is to find a practical approach to either settle a family law case or when necessary take the best approach to litigation as a last resort. Most clients are unfamiliar with their rights and duties under the law. A misstep can bring a disastrous result leading to the loss of child custody, spousal support, or even property rights. In my 31 years of experience in Family Law, I have negotiated and litigated child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, family maintenance, complex property and debt, move-away cases, and much more. The practice of Family Law is such a fluid area of the law that we must keep abreast of the ever-changing rules and procedures affecting our clients. My effort is to get the most reasonable outcome at the lowest possible cost to the client by advising the client of all the known available options then apply the best approach to optimize the results. Past-President of East/West Family Law Council which premieres cutting-edge seminars which includes sitting and retired judicial officers, forensic psychologists, accountants, and prestigious expert presenters give meaningful MCLE approved Programs.
