I was born, raised and grew up in Orange County, getting married and raising three children within the local community. I graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in history in 1994 and went to Chapman University Law School; graduating from this institution in their inaugural class. Since being admitted to the bar our firm has been practicing mostly bankruptcy law amassing thousands of cases discharged for our clients. We practice out of Orange County but handle cases throughout Southern California and are always willing to accommodate our clients by flexible appointments, reasonable fees and direct communication.

Robert Collins is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a co-chair of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. Robert’s practice is focused on intellectual property matters including trademark and Lanham Act claims, copyright litigation, unfair competition litigation, false advertising, trade secret litigation, right of publicity, anti-piracy, franchising, and related complex business litigation. He has litigated numerous matters in California State Court, all Federal District Courts in the State of California, Federal Courts nationwide, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to litigation, Robert’s practice includes copyright and trademark prosecution, licensing, and extensive online enforcement of intellectual property rights in response to unauthorized use on multiple e-commerce platforms. During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. His expertise includes litigation of employment, general liability, class action, construction, products, and general business litigation matters – from start through trial, and appeal. Further, he has prepared volumes of employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures and agreements, and general business contracts aimed to fully protect his clients and, when applicable, transfer risk to the appropriate parties. This allows Raymond to offer a unique perspective to his clients and create strategies for any scenario.

Kamran represents clients in complex insurance, employment, construction, general liability, and business litigation. Those clients include some of the world’s largest insurance carriers, governmental entities, Fortune 500 companies, several of California’s largest publicly- held and privately-held businesses, builders, real estate developers, and contractors. In connection with the litigation practice, he also advises and represents a wide spectrum of London market insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in all lines of insurance business, including professional liability, construction, property, maritime, general liability, environmental, energy, and directors & officers (D&O) policies. Kamran’s coverage practice includes knowledge and experience relating to the different types of insurance policies, their interpretation, and application.
