About Andrew

Prior to founding Andrew M. Ayers, P.C., Mr. Ayers spent more than eight years in private practice at New York City based law firms focusing on civil litigation and transactional matters for individuals and small businesses. Throughout the course of his practice, he has represented small businesses and individuals before state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Ayers' commercial litigation matters have included issues such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, agency, business defamation, misappropriation of trade secrets, employment discrimination, insurance matters, contractor licensing and construction disputes from inception through trial. In addition to litigation, he has represented businesses in connection with formation and creation of corporate entities, real estate transactions and construction licensing.
