Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

My hope is that I made a difference in each case that I take on. But a recent example is that I won a social security decision for a client whom had been turned down six times, she became entitled to benefits and after getting her health insurance was able to get a long requested surgery and for the first time in six years is pain free. As for a work injury, a long fight with whom coverage was suppose to pay for the injured workers bills, we were able to resolve and get his surgery done and then after settlement he was able to return to the work force. A lawyer's job is help balance the playing field to help you get what you are allowed to recover under the law. That is what we aim for in our firm.

How did you build a successful practice?

The success of my practice is based on referrals and being there for our clients. If you call you will speak to myself and I will do everything I can at the time of the time of the call to answer your questions and get answers.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

You should look for someone is is on your side and is willing to fight for you. Also, that means talking honestly with you meaning informing you of what is both good about your claim and what is bad. There should be no surprises as your claim moves forward.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

It helps, but knowing the law and how the local judges rule on the law is what is most important.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

We can discuss the basics of your claim and if there is something to pursue and if our firm can help you pursue those recoveries.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

The basic, in a car wreck, when where and how and what are the injuries. As toward a work injury, again when did you get hurt, was it reported and what are your injuries to start with. In a social security claim, we need to know what stage of filing are you at, how long have you been out of work and are your currently under the care of a doctor.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

Our availability by phone or walk-in sets us apart from other attorneys in the area. You will also speak with your attorney when you call unless we are in a court setting and then if that occurs you will receive a return call within 24 hours. Lastly, if you walk-in, we will make every effort to speak to you that day.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Helping people get their life and routinue back. We are here to help you recover what you have lost out of your claim, medical cost,

What are your other interests in addition to law?

I coach high school softball at a local school (Our Lady Academy), I have also coached in the local area for over 30 years both baseball and softball. I enjoy movies and have written two unpublished books.

Are you involved in your community?

Yes, as stated above, we maintain a presence in our community in terms of service projects, church functions and youth activities.
