Andrew C. Abrams joined O’Bryon & Schnabel as a partner in 2019, having begun his career with Bordelon, Theriot & Abrams. He brings to the firm over a decade of experience in the areas of civil defense litigation, government affairs, and intellectual property.
He has worked extensively in matters involving the representation of public bodies, commercial transactions, and the music industry. He has also negotiated and structured numerous successful settlements and joint ventures on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Abrams strives to empower his clients with efficient, effective legal counsel and resources. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2008 from Loyola University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in 2002 from Tulane University. He is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and New Orleans Bar Association. Aside from his dedication to the practice of law, he is also committed to his community engagement as an active member of the New Orleans Museum of Art, Audubon Nature Institute, and the World Trade Center of New Orleans.
