Anna D. Sokol is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She joined the Joseph H. Rosen, Immigration Law Group in April 2006, starting as a law clerk and, upon admission to the State Bar of Georgia, becoming a licensed attorney. She now serves as a Senior Attorney at the firm. Anna has an extensive experience in both, family and employment- based immigration, as well as in naturalization issues. She handles all aspects of family immigration, representing spouses, fiances, parents, children, and siblings of U.S. Citizens. She has experience in consular processing and waivers of inadmissibility, for both immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Anna has been successfully navigating her clients through complex business immigration nuances. She specializes in working with foreign athletes and entertainers, foreign professionals, and U.S. businesses seeking to employ foreign professionals, as well as foreign investors and multinational managers and executives. Having gone through the U.S. immigration process herself, Anna has a unique understanding of her clients' needs.
