About Anthony
Anthony A. Dorland practices administrative/regulatory law and real estate law. Mr. Dorland's clients particularly appreciate his comprehensive, full service approach to tackling their legal challenges. He strives to learn the intricacies of his clients' businesses and understand their goals in an effort to efficiently and effectively present a practical solution -- whether it is securing a high priority development site or responding to and resolving a demand notice or enforcement action.
Mr. Dorland's administrative/regulatory practice consists of all areas of environmental law, including the defense and resolution of local, state and federal environmental enforcement actions and state and federal telecommunications. He also has substantial experience with the application of the Equal Access To Justice Act to unreasonable demands and positions of state and federal agencies.
Mr. Dorland's real estate practice includes the negotiation of real estate agreements with private parties, public utilities and local, state and federal agencies; obtaining zoning and land development approvals from all levels of government; commercial leasing; resolving title risks; and real estate litigation.
Mr. Dorland is admitted to practice in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Dorland is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
