Since joining the law firm of Mays, Byrd & Associates, P.A. in 2005, where she now serves as Free Lance Counsel, Mrs. O’Guinn has been engaged in the general practice of law and managed multi-million dollar settlements for the firm. She has served as a legal advocate for several plaintiffs in the realm of personal injury, as well as represented clients in domestic, probate, corporate, real estate, and criminal matters. She was also appointed to serve as a legal attorney for the Board of Review for the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services.
