Randy Williams serves as President and Managing Partner of Williams Law Group of Georgia. The major focus of Justin’s practice is complex civil litigation, particularly business litigation, class actions, labor and employment disputes, and catastrophic and significant injury cases. Warren Abel is an experienced, aggressive attorney who fights for those who are injured or are unable to work due to negligence. The son of two physicians, Warren had an early eye for science, a keen understanding for the value of health, as well as compassion for the welfare for others. Growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas afforded him the opportunity to surround himself with history. As an alumnus of Little Rock High School he has a unique, personal awareness of our nation’s integration crisis. Here he not only excelled academically, but played multiple sports where he further developed his leadership and advocacy skills. Warren is a graduate of Emory University and University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Warren worked in 22nd Judicial Circuit Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Benton, Arkansas. There, Warren tried and won his first case and assisted prosecutors on cases ranging from felony murder to vehicular homicide. During his second and third years of law school, Warren worked at the Athens-Clarke County District Attorney’s office, where he supported the felony prosecutors with trials and motions. Warren was noted by the clinic director for his outstanding work in the District Attorney’s office. Following law school, Warren worked at Heifer International, one of the top 10 charities worldwide, in Little Rock, Arkansas. After a successful stint at Heifer International, Warren returned to Georgia and began advocating for those who are wrongly injured across Georgia. Jefferson M. Allen works primarily on business litigation (including shareholder/partner disputes, business torts, and employee non-compete litigation), construction and real estate litigation (including negligent/defective construction and mold claims), and creditors’ rights/bankruptcy matters. Mr. Allen also has significant litigation experience involving consumer law issues and consumer protection statutes, including the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Georgia Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Jeff has developed a broad and wide-ranging general commercial litigation practice representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as private arbitration and mediation, throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Jeff is a 1998 graduate of Emory Law School, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Michigan. Mr. Allen also obtained a General Course degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1989.

Ralph Goldberg has practiced law since 1975. He is a member of all courts in Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court of The United States. He has specialized in constitutional litigation, police misconduct, consumer law, and bankruptcy, and is recognized for his expertise and tireless advocacy of his clients.

Resolving conflict without the aid of our court system is not a novel practice and it is certainly something families engage in every day. As a neutral, I guide the parties through negotiations and if necessary, can assist in drafting a mediated agreement or as an arbitrator, reaching a decision with consideration for the parties’ stated position. If the dispute requires court intervention, as an attorney practicing in metro Atlanta I have experience representing and assisting individuals and families with all aspects of family and matrimonial law including but not limited to divorce, custody, domestic violence, property division, parenting plans, child support, and legitimation. Despite the adversarial nature of litigation, my focus remains on ensuring my client’s interests remain with their children. I am pleased to work as a court-appointed and private Guardian ad Litem (“GAL”) representing the child client’s best interest. I graduated cum laude in 2002 from the Georgia State University College of Law, where I was a member of Law Review. My undergraduate degree is in history from the University of Florida. Prior to and during law school, I worked at the Federal Trade Commission on consumer protection cases, primarily involving enforcement actions under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act relating to advertising and marketing practices. I started my legal career at a large international firm, where I defended FTC enforcement actions as well as represented international corporations in a diverse variety of high-stakes cases involving advertising, marketing, trademark and copyright protection, defamation, and business disputes. Desiring more trial work, I transitioned to a mid-size firm with other former big firm attorneys. There, I continued my diverse practice, tried over 40 cases, and made partner. In August 2021, I founded Bazinet Law, where I bring together my diverse legal background to help people with unique legal problems that touch on the area of social media, intellectual property, consumer protection, and sports. Outside of my law practice, I am licensed soccer coach who has worked with high-level competitive youth soccer for the better part of 30 years. I also play and am an avid fan.

Romero Pearson is a practicing attorney in Lawrenceville, GA. His specialties include civil litigation, which includes personal injury and medical malpractice Mr. Pearson graduated from Historic Fisk University in Nashville, TN and he earned his J.D. from Marshall Law School. An active participant in the annual Gwinnett County Mock Trial, a county event for high school students. Mr. Pearson also does pro bono work with Gwinnett County Legal Aid for individuals who cannot afford representation. On the National level via the American Association for Justice, Mr. Pearson works with the End Distracted Driving Campaign, a movement which educates teen drivers on the dangers of texting and cellphone use while driving. At Decatur High School, Mr. Pearson sponsored an indigent student's participation in a school field trip to Washington, DC to visit the White House, which is an annual trip sponsored by the Close-up Club, a group started by Chris Billingsley, a teacher at Decatur High School. Recently, Mr. Pearson Implemented "The Christian Way Academy Booker T. Pearson Scholarship Award," an educational scholarship fund at the Christian Way Academy in Manchester, GA.
