I am Randy Saint Onge. I am a Family Law and Civil Litigation Attorney, representing people in need for 19-years. I attended the University of Oklahoma Law school, graduating in 1999. I represent diverse clients that have family law and civil litigation conflicts. My office is located near the Denver Tech Center and walk-ins are welcome.

Joseph Welsh is a dedicated member of Singleton Schreiber’s Environmental Litigation practice group, where he advocates for communities impacted by environmental harm. He is committed to seeking justice for those affected by toxic torts, environmental contamination, and pollution. With a background in environmental law, Joe has a passion for protecting the environment and has gained extensive experience in complex litigation, representing public water systems and community organizations in cases involving PFAS, fire-related toxins, and air and water pollution. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Joe worked as an Environmental Justice Staff Attorney at Lone Star Legal Aid, where he played a pivotal role in challenging petrochemical environmental permit applications in environmental justice communities. His experience includes petitioning the EPA to object to an oil refinery’s Title V permit and drafting a notice of intent to sue the EPA for unreasonable delay under Clean Air Act citizen suit provisions on behalf of environmental justice community organizations. Earlier in his career, Joe served as a Deputy District Attorney with Colorado's Fourth Judicial District, handling over 1,000 cases and prosecuting thirty misdemeanor trials focused on child abuse, domestic violence, assault, DUI charges, and careless driving resulting in death. Joe earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he concentrated on environmental and energy law and served as President of the Environmental Law Society. Joe recently earned an LL.M. in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing ice hockey, running, and reading. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas.

Yohania is a litigator who focuses on high-stakes, complex environmental and civil litigation. Her practice spans state and federal courts nationwide and focuses on environmental contamination, toxic torts, climate accountability, and appellate advocacy.

Noelle Webster serves as an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, supporting the Fire Litigation and Personal Injury practice groups based in the Denver office. With a solid foundation in personal injury, mass tort, and medical malpractice litigation, Ms. Webster brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. Ms. Webster's legal career began while she was still a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time there, she clerked for a prominent plaintiffs' firm, in San Diego, where she immersed herself in the complexities of medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Upon passing the California Bar in 2021, Ms. Webster joined the same leading firm she clerked at as an Associate Attorney, where she further honed her skills in litigating complex personal injury actions. Her experience includes drafting and managing critical legal documents, preparing for mediation and trial, and conducting expert depositions to secure favorable outcomes for her clients. Ms. Webster is admitted to practice in California and is an active member of the legal community, participating in organizations such as the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Lawyer's Club of San Diego. A native of Portland, Oregon, Ms. Webster now resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, son, and two dogs. Sean Olson is a trial lawyer, author, and founding member of the Olson Law Firm, serving clients in Colorado and Wyoming. Robert Saunooke is a citizen of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and has been practicing law for over 35 years. Nelson Boyle serves as Senior Counsel at Singleton Schreiber's Denver, Colorado office, where his practice spans civil rights, personal injury, insurance recovery and bad faith, class actions, mass torts, sexual assault and human trafficking, wrongful death, trucking accidents, and motions, writs, and appeals. A Colorado native, Mr. Boyle brings nearly 20 years of litigation experience fighting for plaintiffs in Colorado's state and federal trial and appellate courts. Mr. Boyle is widely recognized for his appellate acumen, having handled matters as both merits and amicus curiae counsel that have resulted in published opinions addressing insurance bad faith, the Colorado Governmental Immunity and Premises Liability Acts, pleading standards, and other significant legal issues. His appellate work has spanned an exceptionally broad range of matters, including personal injury, civil rights, premises liability, child sexual abuse, medical and legal malpractice, class actions, and criminal appeals.
