B Scott Jones, Attorney

B. Scott Jones has an eclectic legal background which allows him to meet a broad spectrum of his clients' needs. During law school, Scott served as the law clerk for Judge Barbara Gorman in the Montgomery County Ohio Court of Common Pleas. Upon completion of law school and prior to arriving at Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A, Scott primarily represented political subdivisions and small businesses where he gained invaluable experience in employment matters, construction matters, civil rights, zoning, and drafting and interpreting legislation on behalf of the political subdivisions. Since joining Reminger & Reminger, Scott has concentrated his practice on litigation and has applied his eclectic experience to representing clients in broad areas including construction liability, premises liability, products liability, political subdivision liability, commercial and residential landlord- tenant law and professional liability. Scott has first chaired numerous civil jury and bench trials and arbitrations.
