As President and founding member of the law firm  Barry has more than four decades of legal experience.  He specializes in real estate development, commercial real estate, and corporate transactional law, and chairs the Commercial Real Estate Department at the law firm.  His corporate practice involves representing private and public corporations in all aspects of their business, from formation, due diligence, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and governance issues.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colgate University and from Columbia University School of Law.  He is a member of the Governor's Corporate and Business Law Commission and the Board of Directors of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.  He was a past Director of Warwick Insurance Managers, Inc. (NASDAQ), Growth Bank, Inc. (NASDAQ), and other public companies.  He has been recognized and included in the Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who in American Law.
