John C. Bell, Jr. possesses more than 45 years of legal experience and is dedicated to fighting for the victims of accidents, workplace injuries, toxic torts, environmental wrongs, defective products, and other serious and catastrophic injuries.  Over his career, Mr. Bell has tried more than 100 jury trials and obtained numerous significant verdicts on behalf of his clients, including an award of $45 million dollars.  He has also successfully served as lead counsel in a number of class actions asserting fraud and environmental harm.

Mr. Bell’s success and skill as a trial lawyer has earned him an outstanding reputation in the legal community.  He has been selected as President of several prestigious associations and societies, and has been given numerous awards for his legal work.  Mr. Bell has also published articles in such prominent legal publications as Trial Magazine.
