Bernie has extensive experience representing Labor Unions and employees in various labor and employment disputes. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, including its Labor and Employment, Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolutions Sections. Bernie is also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and he is a former member of the chairman of the District 4-B Grievance Committee for the State Bar of Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Crime Stoppers of Houston, Inc. and the United States Employees Credit Union.
