About Beth
Beth Jenson Prouty joined Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. as an Associate in 2009. Beth's practice areas are wide-ranging and encompass appellate litigation, insurance coverage, automobile litigation, and general liability litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Beth clerked for the Honorable Alan C. Page, Helen M. Meyer, and Christopher J. Dietzen on the Minnesota Supreme Court.
In addition to graduating at the top of her law school class, Beth was also a participant in, and later Managing Director of, the International Moot Court during her law school tenure.
Beth is also actively involved in her community. She volunteers for Youth in Government's mock appellate court program, helping high school students draft legal briefs and participate in oral arguments. She has served as a Commissioner on the Eagan Airport Commission, monitoring aircraft noise and the airport policies that impact Eagan residents. She has also been a volunteer mentor for Everybody Wins! USA, reading to an elementary student every week.
