Mr. Frazier has been in the trust and estate planning business since 1957 when he joined Houston Bank and Trust Company while attending the University of Houston School of Law. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1961 and received his J. D. in 1963. He attended the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University from 1962 to 1964 and was, from 1967 to 1969, a trust officer at Commercial National Bank in
Professional associations have included Houston Bar Association, Corporation, Probate, Tax and Estate Planning Sections. Continuing a special interest in Rice athletics, Mr. Frazier is a Lifetime Member and Past President of the R Association, member of Rice University Quarterback Club, RBI Club, and has served on the Rice University Annual Fund Committee.
